            This listing is for a spring-loaded diamond drag engraving bit for any machine that use a 3/8  or a 1/4 collet setup or can be used in a chuck .   TIPS ARE 45 DEGREE .........  ( THIS IS A DRAG BIT SO THERE IS NO RPM  SPEED  NEED ) .  Bodies are  STAINLESS  .Either tool is suitable for small machines such as Taig and Sherline  and larger machines as G0704 and  Tormachs . I know this for I have a TORMACH and I use it on my own parts  .  Works great with collets and chucks  .This tool is designed to compensate for smooth uneven surfaces due to the spring loaded design .  The engraving pressure is regulated by the degree of compression of the spring . The pressure is progressive, so the depth of the engraving can be changed by programming the depth..........See pictures in listing of engraved  materials with this tip and all worked Great .  BRASS, GLASS, FIBER BOARD , ACRYLICS and  MILD STEEL  . This is a well-constructed, high quality tool, precision made from stainless steel .
